Hi, my name is Maria Fernandez and I work as a Customer Experience Specialist. At Synchrony, I feel like I’m part of a family and I work with caring people, which I really enjoy!

I feel accomplished in the time that I’ve worked at Synchrony. Putting in the work, making connections with others—it’s great to be a part of that! One of my goals is to finish my Bachelor’s degree in finance and working here has helped make that possible.

With multiple Diversity Networks, including the APEN+ Network, I’m able to work with and collaborate with our teams all over the world. It’s rewarding to be a part of a company that supports me and encourages me to express myself.

Our company is so diverse and we do our best to include everybody. One of the best parts of being a leader here is helping make everyone feel welcome.
