There have been awesome opportunities to innovate and implement new technology projects at Synchrony.      My favorite Tech Compass implementation was the technology locker—a self-service solution where employees could pick up equipment on-site and hassle-free.

As part of my Critical Experiences in technology, I was brought in to keep the user experience and my Front Line team’s experience in mind. I gave input on the design, content, and functionality of the new portal. I made sure it was simple, easy, user friendly, and it would create a better user experience than our previous portal. This Critical Experience put my Agile training to good use! I had a chance to work agilely, suggest improvements, and make technology easier and better for our people!

I started as a Customer Service Representative on our Front Line team 17 years ago! Whether through mock interviews, skill development opportunities, or feedback, my operations and technology leaders were incredibly open and supportive of my growth. I’ve gained so many critical experiences over the years that helped shape my career here.
