Customer Service Representative, PayPal
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL
Hello, my name is Kaysona Jones. I work for Synchrony within the PayPal division. I work in Customer Service and I help customers with their accounts – everything from billing, disputes and generally just helping them however I can.
I’ve been at Synchrony for 6 months and I really enjoy it here. The environment is great, people are helpful, and I am making great connections and relationships. I am provided with great opportunities to learn and grow – both personally and professionally.
Prior to my current role with Synchrony, I was a student studying film and production, a corrections officer and also served in the Navy, working on aircraft carriers. I have a pretty diverse background and working in different situations and with lots of people has prepared me for my current role.
As a working mom, I really appreciate the flexibility that Synchrony offers to focus on my family and my passions. I’m a writer and I love film, and I am pursuing that as well. I also really appreciate having opportunities to try new things and grow professionally with access to mentors and training opportunities.
Synchrony’s commitment to diversity and inclusion means a lot to me. There are several incredible diversity networks here. I am part of the Hispanic and LGBT networks and they are awesome. I love networking with different people and building a community where everyone is welcome and respected for who they are.
